In simple terms a tax lien is a claim against the property that must be paid in order for the owner not to lose their property...

How long does it take to complete the tax lien process?
For many states it can take one to three years. In Indiana the time frame for the September sale also known as the Fall sale it is just over a year around 15 months. This gives you plenty of time to save money for a potential rehab.
What is the total out of pocket cost?
In addition to the $99.99/month you will have the cost of the lien and attorney fees. The lien could range anywhere between $100 and $1,000,000. Attorney fees range from $800 to $1000 per lien bid that you win.
Can you invest if you live overseas/out of state?
Because some of the auctions are held online we have many out of state and overseas clients who participate from Canada, Europe and Africa.
Can anyone do this?

Is the auction in person or online?
